Tournament Rules and Event Format
Clear tournament structure for coaches, players, and families. Final event-specific rules will be posted before each tournament.
Standard Format
3-Game Guarantee
- Teams receive a 3-game guarantee unless weather or facility conditions force changes.
- Pool play is used to seed bracket play.
- Championship games are played for qualifying divisions.
- Divisions may be combined based on team registration.
Schedule
Saturday/Sunday Events
- Most youth tournaments are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday only.
- Game blocks are planned around youth time limits and field availability.
- Final game times are released after registration closes.
- Schedule requests are reviewed but not guaranteed.
Age Divisions & Field Sizes
Final divisions depend on the facility setup and team registration.

General Rules
Roster & Eligibility
Teams must play in the proper age division. Final roster rules will be posted for each event.
Baseballs
Baseballs are provided for tournament play unless otherwise noted in the event details.
Awards
Championship awards are planned for division winners. Finalist awards may vary by event.
Weather
Turf fields help reduce delays, but weather-related changes may still be necessary for safety.
Refunds
Refund and credit policies will be posted for each tournament before payment deadlines.
Sportsmanship
Coaches, players, and spectators are expected to maintain a positive tournament environment.
